    Central Media Group, Central South Africa’s leading media and entertainment company, is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join OFM Radio’s advertising and sales team. The role involves meeting sales targets across radio, online, and activation platforms while servicing and growing the client base in Bloemfontein and surrounding areas.

     Purpose of the Role

    To generate revenue for Central Media Group by selling advertising and media solutions, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across all media types offered by the company.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Meet sales targets and objectives for OFM Radio, digital platforms, and print media.

    • Service, manage, and grow the client base in Bloemfontein and select Free State areas.

    • Develop and execute sales strategies for advertising campaigns.

    • Maintain high levels of client service and relationship management.

    • Travel as required to meet clients and attend events or activations.

    • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.

     Minimum Requirements

    • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets

    • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

    • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Ability to work independently and under pressure

    • Strong marketing, negotiation, and communication skills

    • High client focus and service excellence
