    Job Overview:

    The Financial and Estate Planning Advisor is responsible for providing professional financial planning, investment, and estate planning advice to Private and Business Banking clients. This includes clients within Private Banking Signature, Premium, Growth, and Commercial Banking segments. The role focuses on offering holistic financial solutions tailored to clients’ unique and often complex financial needs, ensuring long-term financial wellbeing and relationship growth within the bank.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver comprehensive financial and estate planning advice to high-net-worth and business clients.

    • Identify clients’ financial needs and design tailored solutions using the bank’s full product suite.

    • Maintain a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and estate planning principles.

    • Ensure all advisory activities comply with FAIS and FSCA regulations.

    • Collaborate with internal banking and insurance specialists to optimize client service.

    • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent performance.

    • Achieve individual sales and service targets while upholding ethical and professional standards.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • NQF Level 6–7 Qualification (Advanced Diploma or Degree)

    • Minimum 120 credits or qualification aligned with FAIS and FSCA requirements

    • RE5: Representatives certification

    Experience Required:

    • 3–5 years’ experience in a sales environment providing intermediary services for banking and insurance products

    • Strong understanding of long-term insurance products

    • In-depth knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems

    • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
