Job Overview:
An established and reputable company in the HVAC industry is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join their team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients. The role involves installation, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, while ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and components.

Conduct diagnostic tests to identify system faults and implement effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Provide exceptional on-site customer service and maintain professional client relationships.

Accurately complete job cards, service reports, and documentation.

Be available for standby duties and work overtime when required.

Travel and stay outside Bloemfontein for short periods when project requirements demand.
Minimum Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Fluent in Afrikaans and English (both written and spoken).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HVAC technician role.

Must have sober habits and a strong work ethic.

Willingness to be on standby and work outside Bloemfontein when necessary.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.

Proficiency in HVAC installation, maintenance, and gas installation.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 16:30

Standby and overtime may be required when necessary.
