Purpose of the Role
To provide efficient, professional customer service and support branch performance through accurate rental processing, administration, and vehicle quality management in line with Europcar’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Handle all rental check-ins/outs according to company procedures.

Make, amend, cancel, and monitor reservations.

Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.

Perform admin tasks: capturing fuel, VRVs, non-revs, scanning, partial billing, and handling overdue rentals.

Manage fleet movement, claims reports, deposits, and lost property.

Ensure security and quality control of vehicles and equipment.
-
Identify expired licenses, service-due vehicles, and maintenance issues.

Maintain branch housekeeping and cleanliness standards.

Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric (NQF 4).

2 years front office or customer service experience.
-
Valid Code 8 driver’s licence with at least 1 year driving experience.

Computer literate.
-
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime.
