Programme Overview
Clicks Group is offering a 12-month learnership programme for unemployed individuals living with disabilities (PWDs). The programme combines classroom learning with practical workplace experience to help learners gain skills and knowledge in wholesale and retail distribution.
Target Candidates
The programme is aimed at:
- Unemployed matriculants
- People living with disabilities (PWDs)
- Candidates aged between 18 and 35 years
Learner Responsibilities
Participants will be expected to:
- Attend all required training sessions
- Complete classroom and workplace training activities
- Submit a Portfolio of Evidence (POE)
- Support team activities under supervision
- Successfully complete the learnership programme
- Meet all competency requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Unemployed
- Living with a disability (PWD)
