Tender Description
The project aims to appoint a contractor to provide ongoing servicing, repairs, and maintenance of air conditioning units, freezers, and fridges across the Free State Business Unit. The work supports healthcare operations by ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with standards.
Scope of Work
- Servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems
- Repairs and upkeep of freezers and refrigeration units
- Routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Provision of services over a 36-month period
- Ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CIDB grading: 1ME or higher
- Qualified and experienced technicians
- Ability to meet manufacturer and industry standards
- Compliance with tender submission requirements
Technical & Skills Requirements
- Expertise in HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Experience in healthcare or similar environments (advantageous)
- Knowledge of maintenance protocols and safety standards
- Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service
