    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, maintain, and support the Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS)

    • Install, configure, and optimize LMS instances for high availability, performance, and security

    • Manage deployment and operation of Moodle on AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and CloudFront

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and innovative solutions

    • Proactively monitor system performance and health, and address technical issues efficiently

    • Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation

    • Support end-users and provide technical training where required

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years’ experience in application development using PHP, JavaScript, and related technologies

    • Minimum 5 years administering and supporting Moodle-based LMS

    • Proven experience managing Moodle environments on AWS infrastructure

    • Background in educational technology or e-learning development is highly desirable

    Skills:

    • Proficient in PHP and Moodle development, including installation, configuration, and customisation

    • Skilled in MySQL or other relational databases (SQL queries and data management)

    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

    • Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation

    • Strong problem-solving, system troubleshooting, and communication skills

    • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
