Dynamics 365 Product Manager
Eduvos is looking for a Dynamics 365 Product Manager to lead the strategic development and management of its enterprise-wide D365 platform. This permanent position is ideal for experienced product professionals with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in transforming digital operations that directly support academic and administrative success across Eduvos campuses.

Responsibilities:
Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Dynamics 365 platform
Oversee modules including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Student Information Management
Maintain and prioritise a comprehensive product backlog of features, enhancements, and initiatives
Engage with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft partners to plan and oversee delivery of D365 solutions
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Implement governance, release management, and change control processes
Support user adoption and change enablement initiatives
Monitor product performance, usage, and stakeholder satisfaction
Stay up to date with Microsoft’s D365 roadmap and emerging features
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (NQF Level 7)
Preferred Certifications: Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management
Experience:
5–7 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles
Minimum 3 years in Product Management of Dynamics 365 solutions
Minimum 3 years working in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience in a multi-functional, complex organisation
Knowledge of change management is advantageous
Skills:
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, F&O, HR)
Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar backlog management tools
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
Business process design and optimisation expertise
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication
