The Lecturer will play a key role in delivering the Higher Certificate in Business Management (Project Management), engaging students through innovative teaching, guiding them through assessments, and providing ongoing academic support. This role also involves contributing to curriculum implementation, identifying at-risk students, analysing performance trends, and assisting the Programme Coordinator in maintaining high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lectures aligned with module-specific requirements and pacers.

Develop and manage academic resources, including consultation with the Information Centre.

Update the learning management system and provide feedback to students.

Prepare students for assessments, identify at-risk students, and contribute to assessment development.

Monitor student participation and escalate concerns when necessary.

Analyse and reflect on student performance to enhance learning outcomes.

Contribute to faculty meetings and institutional academic initiatives.

Participate in professional development activities to improve teaching quality and academic expertise.
Minimum Requirements

3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management.

2–3 years of lecturing or formal tutoring experience.

1–3 years of relevant industry experience (advantageous).

A qualification one NQF level higher than the subject taught.

Copy of academic transcript required.
