Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lectures in line with module-specific requirements.
Manage academic materials and consult with the Information Centre.
Update the learning management system and provide timely student feedback.
Identify at-risk students and develop assessments with the Central Academic Team.
Monitor student engagement and escalate concerns where necessary.
Analyse student results and support monitoring of at-risk modules.
Participate in academic meetings and professional development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
3-year degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Law, Education, Finance, or Management.
2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring experience.
1–3 years of relevant industry experience advantageous.
Qualification one NQF level higher than the course being taught.
Copy of academic transcript required.

Knowledge of teaching and learning theories.
