Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures in-person and/or online

Provide academic consultation and support to students
-
Analyze results and implement interventions for at-risk students
-
Mark assessments and provide constructive feedback
-
Assist with the academic development of assigned modules
-
Stay up to date with current educational theories and practices
Qualifications:
-
BEd Honours Degree in Intermediate Phase (Mathematics & Science)
or -
BEd Degree in Intermediate Phase (Mathematics & Science)
Experience:
-
1 to 3 years of lecturing experience
-
1 to 3 years of industry-specific experience in the relevant subject area

Solid understanding of the South African Further and Higher Education regulatory framework

Familiarity with teaching-learning theories, assessment methods, and student support practices

Working Hours:
Classes are scheduled Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 17h00. Actual working hours will depend on module allocations.
