    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver engaging lectures aligned with module requirements.

    • Support student learning through academic materials, consultations, and feedback.

    • Prepare and mark assessments, while identifying and supporting at-risk students.

    • Maintain academic integrity by monitoring student performance and escalating concerns.

    • Engage with the Central Academic Team in curriculum development and assessment design.

    • Participate in academic meetings and professional development interventions.

    • Ensure effective use of digital platforms and the Learning Management System (LMS).

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum: 3-year Diploma/Degree in Accounting.

    • Experience:

      • 2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring experience.

      • 1–3 years industry-specific experience (advantageous).

    • One NQF level higher than the qualification being taught.

    • Copy of academic transcript required.

    Key Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of the South African higher education system and regulatory framework.

    • Understanding of teaching and learning theory.

    • Ability to provide effective student support services.

    • Skilled in using digital academic platforms.

    • Adaptability in a dynamic environment with strong time management skills.

    • Deadline-driven and able to work well under pressure.
