Key Responsibilities
Junior team members are expected to contribute actively to projects and learn from experienced colleagues.
Determine stock to be merchandised and draw stock requirements
Inspect product quality, vintage, stock rotation, and price tags on shelves
Execute merchandising activities according to the cycle brief
Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions
Accurately record merchandising activities
Complete calls according to the call cycle
Advise Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on out-of-stock products
Requirements
Age between 18 and 28 years
Being a Junior means you are entering the workforce prepared to embrace new challenges.
N6 TVET Certificate (for 18-month internship) or NCV Level 4 Certificate (for 12-month internship) in a relevant field
No prior work experience required
Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
Duration
N6 TVET Internship: 18 months
NCV Level 4 Internship: 12 months
Stipend
R3,500 per month
