    Key Responsibilities

    Junior team members are expected to contribute actively to projects and learn from experienced colleagues.

    • Determine stock to be merchandised and draw stock requirements

    • Inspect product quality, vintage, stock rotation, and price tags on shelves

    • Execute merchandising activities according to the cycle brief

    • Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions

    • Accurately record merchandising activities

    • Complete calls according to the call cycle

    • Advise Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on out-of-stock products

    Requirements

    • Age between 18 and 28 years

      Being a Junior means you are entering the workforce prepared to embrace new challenges.

    • N6 TVET Certificate (for 18-month internship) or NCV Level 4 Certificate (for 12-month internship) in a relevant field

    • No prior work experience required

    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment

    Duration

    • N6 TVET Internship: 18 months

    • NCV Level 4 Internship: 12 months

    Stipend

    • R3,500 per month
