Key Requirements
Matric / N4 Equivalent Qualification
Compliance with FAIS requirements based on DOFA date
Relevant regulatory examinations for candidates already in financial services
5 years’ experience for candidates with matric qualification
1–2 years’ experience preferred for candidates with an undergraduate degree
Strong computer literacy skills
Fluency in English
Duties & Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to assess and understand their financial needs
Sell products aligned to clients’ financial goals and requirements
Accurately capture client information and sales data
Achieve production, quality, and conversion targets
Adhere strictly to legislative regulations and compliance standards
