Responsibilities:
- Determine stock to be merchandised and draw stock requirements.
- Check product quality, vintage, stock rotation, and price tags.
- Execute merchandising activities according to the cycle brief.
- Record merchandising activities and complete call cycles.
- Communicate product knowledge and promotional information.
- Report customer complaints, queries, and out-of-stock products to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
Qualifications:
- Must be between 18 and 28 years old.
- N6 TVET Certificate (for the 18-month workplace experience programme) or NCV Level 4 Certificate in a relevant field.
- No prior work experience required.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a professional environment.
