IIE Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head to lead its Bloemfontein campus. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of operations, including academic excellence, financial management, student recruitment, staff leadership, and strategic growth, while ensuring a high-quality educational experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the campus’s three-year strategic and operational plans.
- Lead and manage all departments, including academics, sales, marketing, finance, IT, HR, and graduate placement.
- Drive student recruitment and ensure annual enrolment targets are achieved.
- Monitor academic performance and implement strategies to improve student success rates.
- Manage campus budgets, financial resources, and operational performance.
- Lead staff recruitment, performance management, training, and development.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, staff, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, security, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with higher education regulations and institutional policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Management or Business Administration.
- A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent will be advantageous.
Experience Required
- 5–10 years’ experience managing a higher education institution.
- 3–5 years’ business management experience, including financial management and budgeting.
- At least 3 years’ experience managing staff.

- Knowledge of the South African higher education system and regulatory framework.
