Programme Overview
The Clicks Group Youth Employment Programme provides unemployed young people with an opportunity to develop practical workplace skills and gain valuable experience in the health and beauty retail sector.
The programme combines classroom learning with practical workplace training in a retail store. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their retail and customer-service skills while gaining exposure to day-to-day store operations.
On successful completion of the programme, participants will receive an NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator occupational qualification.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Have passed Matric.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Be willing and eager to learn.
- Must not currently be registered for a Learnership or Skills Programme.
