Position Overview:
TWK Agri’s EUM division is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join their Bloemfontein team. This role involves cultivating strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalised service.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth by analysing trends and client data.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (sales, marketing, etc.) to align on strategy.
Provide clients with updates and reports based on data and trend analysis.
Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant industry regulations.
Represent the company at events and networking platforms to expand the client base and market insight.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or sales.
Background in short-term insurance or funeral administration is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Customer service oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach
Ability to analyse data, spot trends, and provide insights
Sound understanding of sales and marketing strategies
Confident in negotiation and managing client expectations
