Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with current and potential feeder schools.
Identify and pursue new market segments based on strategic segmentation.
Conduct school presentations, lead generation events, and early school interventions.
Maintain and track daily, monthly, and annual targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies with broader recruitment goals.
Travel locally to visit schools and attend events, occasionally during weekends or evenings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Education, or Social Sciences.
Valid driver’s license and own transport (essential).
Experience & Skills:
Experience in higher education (advantageous).
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to build networks and influence stakeholders.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and planning skills.
