Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers, patients, or clients.
Attend to customer requests promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Assist the Unit Manager in delivering high-quality service standards.
Food & Beverage Service
Serve all meals, snacks, and beverages professionally and within required timeframes.
Ensure that all food and beverage stations are well-stocked at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all serving and dining areas.
Operational Excellence
Support operational goals related to service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Follow company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
Ensure safe handling and presentation of food and beverages.
Workplace Cleanliness & Organisation
Maintain a tidy, sanitised, and orderly working environment.
Restock supplies and ensure all service equipment is ready for use.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic mathematical abilities

Education & Experience Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Experience in a hospitality environment
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Customer service experience required
