Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Crane Setup & Operation

Set up, position, and stabilise the crane before beginning lifting operations.

Operate IG050 and tower cranes to load, lift, move, and place materials as directed by the site supervisor.
Equipment Inspection & Maintenance

Perform daily inspections to identify any faults or safety risks.

Report defects immediately and assist with basic maintenance.

Ensure the crane is kept in good working condition at all times.
Safety Compliance

Follow all site safety guidelines, crane operation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain safe distances, load limits, and operating conditions to prevent accidents.

Communicate effectively with riggers, signallers, and ground staff during lifting operations.
Record Keeping

Maintain accurate daily logs, equipment checklists, and inspection records.
