Role Overview:
Develop, maintain, and optimize coding systems supporting retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management, pricing, and reporting. Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into functional code, ensure system reliability, and provide technical support to staff.
Key Requirements:

Degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

3+ years coding/software development experience (preferably retail)

Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, SQL, or retail-specific languages

Experience with retail/POS/e-commerce systems

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or in teams
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain retail system code

Test, debug, and optimize applications

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance

Support and train retail staff
