Job Description
Clover is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Merchandiser to join their team at the Welkom branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing designated retail stores, ensuring that Clover products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and effectively promoted.
This role involves stock control, shelf management, merchandising execution, and building strong relationships with store staff to ensure brand presence and product freshness.
Key Responsibilities

Stock Control & Ordering

Maintain correct stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations

Process returns according to procedures

Place accurate and timely orders based on store needs

Merchandising & Display
-
Ensure shelves are clean, full, and correctly packed
-
Follow store plans and maintain shelf sets
-
Manage and maintain fridge displays and promotional material
-
Ensure correct PI labels and signage are in place

Customer & Store Relations
-
Build strong working relationships with store staff, area managers, and head office

Handle store-related queries and resolve issues quickly

Maintain a professional image of the Clover brand

Equipment & Admin
-
Ensure proper crate and equipment handling

Complete relevant admin related to stock and returns

Report issues and opportunities in-store to supervisors

Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric certificate (NQF 4)

Relevant experience in retail or merchandising (preferred)

Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Fluent in Business English

Residing in or near Welkom is advantageous
