     Role Purpose

    To manage the delivery of Floor Management Services at the ABSA site, ensuring cost-effective, customer-focused operations.

     Key Responsibilities

    Operations

    • Prepare and set up meeting rooms as per requests

    • Ensure meeting rooms are stocked with stationery

    • Conduct daily floor walks in visitor and office areas

    • Monitor and report on space usage

    • Inspect and audit pause areas and maintenance

    • Maintain cleaning standards and provide AV support (non-technical)

    • TV/DSTV support

    • Manage hot desk locker allocation

    • Track floor audits

    • Enforce health & safety compliance

    Customer Relations

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships on-site

    • Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders

    Health & Safety

    • Weekly checks of first aid boxes

    • Address health & safety concerns in collaboration with technical teams

    Quality Standards

    • Monitor and ensure quality performance

    • Complete and maintain documentation, checklists, and inspections

    Work Order Management

    • Liaise with stakeholders on outstanding work orders

     Qualifications and Skills

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric (Senior Certificate)

    • Valid South African Driver’s License

    • 3 years’ experience in:

      • Hospitality

      • Customer-facing services

      • Facilities Management

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certification in:

      • Facilities/Property/Project/Operations Management

    • SAP Knowledge

    • MS Office (Intermediate): Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook

    Knowledge of:

    • OHS Act

    • ISO 9001 Quality Management

    • Risk Management Systems

    • Property and Contractual Law
