Overview
This role involves performing audits and balancing on ATMs, with added responsibilities including compliance checks, team support, training, and client liaison. The position reports directly to the Operations/Branch Manager.
Minimum Requirements

PSIRA Grade C Certification
-
Cash-In-Transit (CIT) Certificate
-
Firearm Competency Certificate (at least handgun for business purposes)
-
At least 2 years ATM Custodian experience

Valid Driver’s License (Code B minimum)

Clear criminal record
-
Knowledge of ATM processes
-
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Good communication, self-discipline, and ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities
-
Execute ATM balancing and audits
-
Conduct spot checks, risk assessments, and compliance inspections
-
Support CIT operations and security checks
-
Train new ATM staff
-
Report vehicle faults and maintain vehicle readiness

Liaise with clients when necessary

Provide support to crew and fulfill Custodian duties as required

Submit daily rosters and reports
-
Fulfill ad-hoc duties as needed
