ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
Job Title: Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities:

Provide general clerical support including data entry, document filing, and handling correspondence

Update registers and maintain statistical records

Distribute documents and manage photocopying, faxing, and typing tasks
-
Maintain incoming and outgoing registers
-
Assist with procurement: obtain quotations and complete purchase forms
-
Manage stock control and maintain the asset register
-
Support personnel administration: manage leave and attendance registers, book travel and accommodation
-
Assist with financial administration: update expenditures, verify travel claims, and handle petty cash and telephone accounts
Qualifications:
-
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
-
No previous work experience required
