Responsibilities:

Provide general clerical support: manage correspondence, update registers, handle enquiries, maintain filing systems

Assist in procurement: liaise with stakeholders, obtain quotations, manage office stock and asset register

Support personnel administration: maintain leave and attendance registers, arrange travel and accommodation

Manage financial admin tasks: update expenditure, process travel claims, manage petty cash
-
Supervise staff: allocate tasks, monitor performance, facilitate development and discipline
Qualifications:
-
Grade 12 or equivalent
-
3–4 years of relevant administrative experience
