Scope of Work:
The appointed contractor will be responsible for the full execution and delivery of the following works:
Construction of 1km block paved roads
Installation of stormwater infrastructure (including drains, culverts, and channels)
Site preparation, earthworks, and base layer construction
Erosion control and surface drainage measures
Finishing and road markings as per municipal standards
Adherence to environmental and safety compliance throughout the project
