Tender Description
The department is seeking a qualified HVAC specialist to perform a full technical condition assessment of the centralized HVAC systems at the Fidel Castro and OR Tambo Buildings. The goal is to evaluate system performance, identify faults, and recommend maintenance or upgrades.
Scope of Work
- Conduct a full inspection of HVAC systems
- Assess performance, efficiency, and system integrity
- Identify faults, breakdown risks, and inefficiencies
- Evaluate maintenance and upgrade requirements
- Submit a comprehensive technical report
- Attend compulsory briefing and site inspection
Technical Requirements
- Minimum CIDB 1ME grading or higher
- Full HVAC system diagnostic capability
- Knowledge of centralized air-conditioning systems
- Compliance with HVAC engineering standards
- Ability to conduct technical building assessments
- Report writing with engineering recommendations
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in HVAC system diagnostics and evaluation
- Technical knowledge of centralized HVAC systems
- Strong analytical and fault-finding skills
- Ability to compile professional technical reports
- Effective communication for meetings and clarification sessions
