    IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services and healthcare intelligence, is seeking a Client Services Project Manager (eCOA) to manage live electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) studies. This home-based role is ideal for a project management professional with experience in clinical research and eCOA who enjoys working with clients, coordinating projects, and delivering high-quality solutions in the life sciences sector.

    The successful candidate will act as the primary client contact for active studies, oversee project activities, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful delivery and maintenance of eCOA projects.

    Job Description

    As a Client Services Project Manager, you will coordinate project activities throughout the lifecycle of live eCOA studies. You will lead client meetings, manage system changes, monitor project risks, maintain project documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding active and maintenance eCOA studies.
    • Lead weekly or bi-weekly client update meetings.
    • Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate system changes, including design discussions and impact assessments.
    • Communicate project timelines, costs, and updates to clients.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve project issues.
    • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and study materials.
    • Prepare and manage change orders where required.
    • Monitor project trends and identify potential risks.
    • Support quality investigations as the eCOA project subject matter expert.
    • Manage project budgets and scope for additional client requests.
    • Travel to Investigator Meetings when required (approximately 10% travel).

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year of eCOA experience.
    • Good understanding of clinical research.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong project management experience.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
