Key Responsibilities
Clerical & Administrative Support
Render general clerical support
Capture personnel leave and Subsistence & Travel (S&T) claims
Record and capture personnel performance assessments
Maintain database for skills development programmes
Maintain and update unit asset register
Attend to telephone enquiries
Maintain proper filing systems
Reporting & Recordkeeping
Capture reports accurately
Ensure proper documentation management
Support administrative processes to ensure smooth workflow
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
No prior work experience required
