Purpose of the Tender
The Department seeks suitable office accommodation within Senekal CBD for government operations. The successful bidder will provide a secure, accessible, and compliant office facility measuring 81m², together with the required parking and supporting infrastructure.
Scope of Work
The appointed service provider must provide:
- 81m² office accommodation.
- Seven (7) parking bays.
- One designated disabled parking bay.
- Office accommodation located within or near Senekal CBD.
- Maintenance and management of the facility.
- ICT and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Security systems and safety compliance measures.
