    Purpose of the Tender

    The Department seeks suitable office accommodation within Senekal CBD for government operations. The successful bidder will provide a secure, accessible, and compliant office facility measuring 81m², together with the required parking and supporting infrastructure.

    Scope of Work

    The appointed service provider must provide:

    • 81m² office accommodation.
    • Seven (7) parking bays.
    • One designated disabled parking bay.
    • Office accommodation located within or near Senekal CBD.
    • Maintenance and management of the facility.
    • ICT and telecommunications infrastructure.
    • Security systems and safety compliance measures.
