Job Description
The Relationship Banker will manage a portfolio of clients by proactively identifying opportunities, providing suitable banking solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. The role requires travelling to meet clients, analysing financial information, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and banking requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Understand clients’ businesses and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Manage client portfolios according to established credit and risk principles.
- Analyse financial reports and monitor performance against agreed targets.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or National Senior Certificate.
- Valid, unendorsed driver’s licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- FAIS accreditation and Regulatory Examination (RE) Level 1.
- Preferably 3–5 years’ experience in relationship management or a banking environment.

- Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related financial field.
