    Job Purpose

    The Graduate Internship Programme provides graduates with practical workplace experience in the Organisational Development unit. The programme aims to develop knowledge and skills in organisational development, human resource management, organisational design, performance improvement, and public sector administration while supporting initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness.

    Duties and Responsibilities
