Job Purpose
The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing operational efficiency, and ensuring a superior customer experience in line with Exact and TFG’s standards. The role also involves leading, developing, and motivating store staff while ensuring compliance with company policies, merchandising standards, and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Turnover: Drive store performance to achieve or exceed sales and profit targets.

Expense Control: Monitor and control operating costs to ensure profitability.

Stock Management: Manage inventory to minimize shrinkage and stock loss within company standards.

People Management:

Recruit, train, and develop store staff.

Manage employee relations and performance.
-
Foster engagement and a culture of accountability.

Merchandising: Execute in-store merchandising strategies to maintain brand presentation and product appeal.

Customer Service: Implement and uphold customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum qualification: Matric (Grade 12).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a store leadership/management role.
