Purpose of the Role

As a Despatch Controller, the successful candidates will take on the following tasks:
- Conducting thorough visual inspections of vehicles, drivers, and related documentation.
- Issuing inspection certificates and rejecting vehicles that fail to meet compliance standards.
- Identifying and reporting any defects or safety issues observed during inspections.
