    • Job Title: Clinical Programme Coordinator – Quality Assurance (x2 Posts)

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and guide compliance with Ideal Health Facility standards through Baseline Assessments

    • Drive implementation of Norms and Standards from the Office of Health Standards Compliance to maintain or achieve accreditation

    • Provide administrative and strategic support to committees including:

      • Clinical Governance

      • Patient Safety & Complaints Management

      • Risk Management Sub-Committee

      • Performance Monitoring & Evaluation

    • Develop and oversee training plans related to quality management practices

    • Monitor implementation of Quality Improvement Plans across departments

    • Manage all relevant resources in alignment with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) guidelines

    • Prepare quality and performance reports for the Nursing Services Manager, Clinical Heads, and the CEO

    • Represent the hospital at the District Health Management Forum

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12

    • Basic qualification in Nursing (Diploma or Degree), accredited by SANC in line with Government Notice 425

    • Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse

    • Minimum of 7 years’ post-registration experience as a Professional Nurse in General Nursing

    • Current SANC registration for 2025/2026

    • Knowledge of legal and ethical nursing frameworks

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Sound understanding of quality assurance and patient safety protocols

    • Computer literacy

    Benefits:
