The Branch Manager role is a key leadership position in the Bloemfontein office, responsible for leading a team of Financial Advisers to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent client service. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in financial services who thrives on people development, compliance, and performance management.

Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support a team of Financial Advisers
Drive sales and performance through clear action plans
Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards
Recruit and retain high-performing Financial Advisers
Create and maintain a positive, high-performance branch culture
Oversee the delivery of quality financial advice aligned with FAIS requirements
Qualifications:
Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
RE5 Certification
FAIS Representative qualification (as required by legislation)
Class of Business 3 and 7 (advantageous)
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in the financial services industry
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in financial advice
Experience in FAIS Tier 1 Long-Term Insurance and Pension Benefit Products
Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
Computer literate
