Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain deep, value-adding client relationships within the Personal & Private Banking segment

Understand and assess clients’ financial needs through regular interaction and data analysis

Recommend appropriate banking products and services aligned with client goals and bank profitability

Ensure compliance with the Group Reference Guide and the Code of Banking Practice

Balance short-term targets with long-term relationship value and risk considerations
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Business Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

1–2 years of experience working with affluent clients in the Personal and Private Banking sector
