    Responsibilities:

    • Assess and evaluate lending applications for business clients.

    • Apply credit risk and affordability assessments to ensure compliance with internal credit policies.

    • Support asset book growth while maintaining acceptable credit losses.

    • Evaluate a range of lending products including trade finance, debtors finance, specialised lending, and commercial property finance.

    • Operate within the bank’s risk appetite parameters and regulatory frameworks.

    • Ensure sound credit principles are applied across all segments within business and commercial banking.

    Qualifications:

    • First Degree in Business Commerce or Finance and Accounting.

    Experience:

    • 3–4 years in credit risk, with a deep understanding of compliance, regulatory guidelines, and credit and lending risk requirements.

    • 5–7 years of extensive banking experience, with product knowledge and managerial experience in banking client solutions.
