Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate lending applications for business clients.

Apply credit risk and affordability assessments to ensure compliance with internal credit policies.

Support asset book growth while maintaining acceptable credit losses.

Evaluate a range of lending products including trade finance, debtors finance, specialised lending, and commercial property finance.

Operate within the bank’s risk appetite parameters and regulatory frameworks.

Ensure sound credit principles are applied across all segments within business and commercial banking.
Qualifications:

First Degree in Business Commerce or Finance and Accounting.
Experience:
-
3–4 years in credit risk, with a deep understanding of compliance, regulatory guidelines, and credit and lending risk requirements.

5–7 years of extensive banking experience, with product knowledge and managerial experience in banking client solutions.
