Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing all operational and commercial aspects of the store
Drive sales and profit by leading customer engagement and visual merchandising
Minimize stock losses through effective shrinkage controls and inventory monitoring
Execute the brand’s customer experience strategy to ensure consistent excellence
Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members
Create a positive store culture that aligns with company values and fosters motivation
Uphold all company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards
Minimum Requirements
3 years of retail management experience
Matric or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Clear criminal record
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
