Academic Programme Manager (Faculty of Commerce)
Eduvos is seeking to appoint an experienced and visionary Academic Programme Manager to oversee the Faculty of Commerce. This permanent position can be based at any of Eduvos’ national campuses. The successful candidate will lead the design, delivery, and strategic alignment of commerce qualifications across all campuses.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Commerce programmes.

Lead curriculum development, assessments, and accreditation processes.

Provide programme training and product support for sales enablement.

Implement faculty strategies through operational plans, controls, and reporting.

Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve escalated academic queries.
-
Manage faculty resourcing, including staff and infrastructure planning.
-
Guide product development, review curriculum gaps, and propose new qualifications.

Monitor compliance with academic policies, regulatory bodies, and professional standards.

Participate in Advisory Boards and engage with professional bodies (SAICA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.).

Recruit, onboard, and develop academic staff and manage performance and succession planning.
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Commerce (required).

Professional membership with SAICA (CA/AGA), CIMA, ACCA, SABPP, MASA, SAIT, or Tourism bodies is advantageous.
Experience:

Demonstrated teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.

Strong academic leadership experience at faculty or departmental level.

Proven track record in curriculum design, assessment development, and programme management.

Involvement in postgraduate supervision, learning material development, and faculty planning.
