    The Private Banker will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by providing tailored wealth management advice, financial planning solutions, and investment strategies. This role requires building strong relationships, delivering personalised financial guidance, and collaborating with specialists across lending, investments, fiduciary, and insurance services.

     Purpose of the Role

    To provide expert financial advice and holistic wealth management solutions that help high-net-worth clients grow, protect, and maximise their wealth while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and risk management frameworks.

     Key Responsibilities

    Client Advisory & Portfolio Management

    • Deliver personalised wealth management strategies, including investments, risk solutions, and estate planning.

    • Conduct regular client reviews and provide insights based on market trends and economic conditions.

    • Help clients navigate complex financial decisions with clear, actionable advice.

    • Acquire and manage high-net-worth clients, building strong, long-term relationships.

    Strategic Collaboration

    • Partner with internal specialists in investments, lending, fiduciary, and insurance.

    • Provide holistic financial solutions tailored to client needs.

    • Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and wealth management innovations.

    Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure all activities comply with FAIS and other regulatory requirements.

    • Maintain governance, risk frameworks, and ethical standards in client interactions.

     Minimum Requirements

    • Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting

    • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation

    • 5–7 years’ experience in Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning

    • Proven experience managing high-net-worth client portfolios

     Skills & Competencies
