Tender Overview
Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) invites qualified service providers to supply, install, commission, and support VHF Direction Finder (VDF) systems at multiple airport locations and the ATNS Aviation Training Academy. The project also includes decommissioning existing systems, establishing long-term support and maintenance services, and ensuring compliance with international aviation standards.

Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be required to:
- Supply VHF Direction Finder (VDF) systems.
- Install and commission the systems at all specified sites.
- Integrate the systems with existing ATNS infrastructure.
- Decommission and safely dispose of outdated VDF systems.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance services.
- Train ATNS personnel on system operation and maintenance.
- Ensure systems are fully operational and compliant with aviation standards.
Technical Requirements
Bidders must provide systems that include:
- VDF systems meeting ICAO performance standards.
- Antenna systems.
- VHF receivers.
- Evaluation and control units.
- Display units.

Minimum Requirements for Bidders
Interested service providers should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in supplying, installing, and supporting VDF systems.
- Reference letters for similar projects completed within the last 10 years.
- Technical expertise in VDF system design, installation, and commissioning.
- Experience in system support, maintenance, and training.
- Experience with decommissioning aviation communication systems.
- Registration or accreditation with relevant Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or professional bodies.
- Strong quality assurance and technical documentation capabilities.
- Compliance with aviation safety and interoperability standards.
