Tender Overview
Masilonyana Local Municipality is seeking to appoint a qualified supplier for the supply and delivery of water and wastewater purification chemicals and related testing equipment for a period of 36 months.
The objective is to ensure uninterrupted water treatment operations and compliance with regulatory water quality standards throughout the municipality.
Tender Description
The successful bidder will be responsible for:
1. Supply of Water Treatment Chemicals
Chemicals used in potable water purification processes
Products compliant with relevant water quality standards
Reliable supply throughout the contract period
2. Supply of Wastewater Treatment Chemicals
Chemicals required for wastewater treatment plants
Compliance with environmental and discharge regulations
Consistent quality and performance standards
3. Supply of Testing Equipment
Water and wastewater testing equipment
Laboratory reagents and consumables
Equipment suitable for municipal testing operations
Compliance with industry and laboratory standards
4. Delivery
Delivery to the specified municipal address
Ongoing supply for 36 months
Timely and consistent supply to prevent operational disruptions
Technical Requirements
Bidders must:
Supply chemicals meeting regulatory and industry standards
Provide compliant testing equipment suitable for municipal use
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and transport of chemicals
Maintain reliable stock availability for the full 3-year period
Adhere to all specifications detailed in the tender documentation

Municipal rates & taxes clearance (not older than 90 days)
