Tender Overview
Sedfa, through its subsidiary Khula Business Premises (Pty) Ltd (KBP), invites reputable and qualified service providers to install a secure perimeter fence at its property in Kutlwanong, Ondendaalsrus.
The purpose of the project is to enhance security and protect the premises through the installation of a compliant and durable perimeter fencing solution.
Tender Description
The successful bidder will be responsible for:
1. Installation of Perimeter Fence
Supply and installation of fencing materials
Construction of a complete perimeter fence around the property
Secure and durable installation suitable for the premises
2. Compliance Requirements
Adherence to relevant construction and safety standards
Compliance with CIDB grading (minimum 1SQ)
Use of approved materials and installation methods
Compliance with tender specifications and technical drawings (if provided)
3. Materials & Equipment
The appointed contractor must:
Provide all required materials
Provide labour, tools, and equipment
Ensure quality workmanship
Implement health and safety measures on site
Technical Requirements
Bidders must:
