Supplier Responsibilities / Deliverables
The appointed supplier must:
- Deliver laptops that strictly match technical specifications
- Ensure timely delivery to the specified government site
- Provide after-sales support (where applicable as per tender terms)
- Maintain compliance with all procurement regulations
- Submit valid documentation including:
- CSD registration
- Tax Compliance Status (TCS Pin)
- Municipal rates clearance (not in arrears > 3 months)
- Supplier database summary report
