    Objective of the Tender:

    The Department of Defence seeks to appoint a qualified, CIDB-graded service provider to renovate and upgrade the mess facilities located at Debrug Building No. 188 and 190 in Bloemfontein. The facilities are essential for accommodating military personnel, and this upgrade forms part of infrastructure improvement efforts.

    Scope of Work:

    The successful bidder will be responsible for:

    • Complete renovation of mess facilities at the two specified buildings

    • Upgrading existing infrastructure, including structural, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work as outlined in the specifications

    • Ensuring full compliance with the standards set out by the Department of Defence

    • Adhering to military facility regulations and specifications

    Technical Requirements:
