Job Purpose
To support student wellbeing and campus life through community engagement initiatives, student leadership development, social awareness programmes, stakeholder engagement, and structured reporting.
Key Performance Areas
-
Community Engagement planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation

Management and mentoring of the Student Council (SC/SRC)

Planning and execution of SC/SRC election processes
-
Design and implementation of Social Awareness & Education campaigns
-
Stakeholder relationship management
-
Financial administration related to projects
-
Fortnightly and semester reporting
-
Completion of all online tracking systems
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications (Ideal):
-
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
-
Registration with SACSSP as a Social Worker or Auxiliary Social Worker
Experience:
-
2–3 years’ relevant experience
-
Experience working with youth is advantageous
Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s licence (essential)
