Job Overview
The Breeder Farm Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, performance, and operational output of the breeder farm site. This role ensures that all farming activities are conducted in line with company standards, animal welfare requirements, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
The successful candidate will lead and support the on-site team, maintain accurate records, monitor production performance, and ensure the effective use and maintenance of farm assets. This position plays a critical role in delivering quality outputs while fostering a productive, compliant, and safety-conscious working environment.
Job Description
The Breeder Farm Supervisor will be responsible for the effective management and supervision of the breeder farm, including but not limited to the following:

Supervising daily farm operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency

Maintaining accurate record keeping and daily reporting to management, including mortalities, egg collection, water consumption, feed usage, and daily statistics

Ensuring all farm assets, equipment, and installations are properly maintained and in good working condition

Monitoring livestock to ensure humane treatment in accordance with company standards and animal welfare principles

Overseeing feeding programmes, vaccinations, spillages, and reporting any deviations from standard procedures

Coaching, training, and monitoring employees to ensure compliance with animal welfare, food safety, and quality standards

Planning daily work activities, allocating duties, and organising site operations

Ensuring clear, effective communication across the site and with management

Making operational decisions within approved authority levels and company policies

Managing time effectively on site and guiding employees to meet productivity expectations

Handling basic IR and HR-related matters on site

Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations and company SOPs

Analysing operational reports and monitoring adherence to policies and procedures
